Fresh artichokes are harvested and processed by highly skilled workers and supervised by professional highly qualified personnel, then artichokes transfer in barrels filled with citric acid by refrigerated trucks to the factory. the artichokes are preserved by individually quick freezing to retain texture and flavor of the fresh produce. Their delicate taste and tender bottoms will delight the gourmet eater. Artichokes Bottoms can be filled with tuna salad, ratatouille or any other savory filling.

Diameter: 30mm to 50mm, 50mm to 70mm, 70mm to 90mm (2" to 2 3/4 ") Caliber ranges from 20-25  pieces per kg.
pH: 4.5 to 5.5.

Packing: 400 g packed in plastic bags Or as requested by the client.

 

Storage and shelf life

Store in freezer below 0°F (-18°C). Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not thaw and refreeze.
 

Unopened bags can be stored for 24 months.
